I would like a budget for international trademark registration, and preparation and review of contracts for terms of use for internet website services. Remembering that we already have a contract that serves as the base.

If both parties agree the terms of the divorce and the contents of the petition then a period of 10-13 weeks is usual. Much depends on both of you agreeing terms and completing paperwork on time.

The court charges £300 for the issue of the petition and £40 for the decree absolute. There is also a swearing fee of £7 for the decree nisi application.

i,ve been seperated for 10 months now and wish to divorce there are no financial issues and all children are 18+,
we are both agreed on this and wish to divorce asap
what will be the exact cost of this and how long would it take?

And for this cost, is there any minimum debt of my client.

Because there’s some invoice that he didn’t pay yet and also the cargo cost (because he gives me a fake number, so FEDEX came over to me)
