The agreement can cover all practical considerations including:
- Residence for any children
- Contact with children
- Maintenance for children
- Maintenance for spouse
- How any home or other property will be dealt with
- Lump sum payment

How do we get one from Law Hound?
Step 1 – Your order our service on line. As both parties need to discuss what they want to do, we provide you with a full questionnaire for completion. There needs to be full financial information from both parties of their financial circumstances and assets before we draft the agreement so this aspect also is dealt with by our simple questionnaire.
Step 2 – On receipt of your completed questionnaires we draft the agreement and send it to you for approval.
Step 3 – You then approve the contents and we finalise your agreeement and send it to you. The document is ddrafted around your needs so we work with you during this stage to get the agreement finalised.
Step 4 – the agreement can then be signed by both of you and you both keep a copy, this then is used when you initiate divorce proceedings unless you are applying for judicial separation with us at the same time in which case this agreement will be filed with the court.
