If you have purchased the document and do not think its suitable then get in touch within 48 hours of buying the document at [email protected] and tell us the problem. Quote your invoice number and order ID and exact details of the issue you have experienced and what you want the document to do/why you think the document is unsuitable for your needs.
What we do next
We work 9.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday (excluding all public holidays). On receipt of your mail to [email protected] we will answer you within 2 working days.
