Include Data Sharing Pack:

SHARING DATA

GDPR is not a barrier to sharing personal data with a third party (someone from outside of your organisation), provided that you comply with GDPR requirements. This template pack includes:

Third Party Sharing Checklist – this checklist is an essential accountability tool. Use it to record essential information each time you are sharing data with a third party.

Data Processing Agreement – the essential agreement which must be in place if a person or organisation who controls personal data (a data controller) asks another person or organisation to process personal data (a data processor). This contains all the essential information as required under GDPR, and consequently the UK Data Protection legislation in an agreement which works from a practical business point of view.

Data Sharing Agreement – where two data controllers are sharing information it is you need to have a transparent “arrangement” so that crucial aspects if your relationship are clear. This GDPR agreement will help you to achieve this.
