BREXIT REVIEW – WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE? 

This review includes reviewing your standard Business Terms and Conditions with Buyers when you sell online. Where you operate an online platform (for example, you offer a marketplace introducing buyers to sellers) and have two separate Terms and Conditions (one with your buyers and one your sellers) we will review both of those documents within this service.

The review makes the needed changes so your Business’ Terms and Conditions are Brexit ready. This means that they will include any changes that you need to comply with Brexit. It won’t for example, include changes because your business operation introduces new services or contracts on a different basis with your customers.

This service includes any Brexit required updates within the next 12 months. This means that if there are changes because of Brexit within 12 months of the date that you place your order, we will provide you with those updates at no extra cost.

 

HOW DOES THIS WORK? 

After ordering you email us your Business’ Terms and Conditions.

We then review your terms and make changes to any clauses which are necessary to make sure that your contract is Brexit ready.
