WHAT’S IN THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ MASTERCLASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS ?
The Masterclass/Membership Terms and Conditions is a detailed document which sets down the terms on which you run your Membership or Masterclass with information on how to tailor it to meet the needs of your business. It covers:
- What is included in the Masterclass or Membership
- Information about your members/clients responsibilities – for example, you are not guaranteeing any results or success because members must participate to achieve their own results based on your resources/teaching
- A licence which allows members/clients to use any assets you provide – whilst, for example, making it clear that they cannot share them with anyone outside your group or, for example, on social media
- Facebook group clauses so that you tell members/clients essential information that Facebook (in their user terms with you) and data protection require
- Information about group sessions to ensure that members/clients understand that they are responsible for their own attendance and participation
- Clauses which enable you to offer discount coupons/vouchers, Early Bird Discounts
- Details of how membership/ your agreement can be ended so deals with minimum terms of membership and Payment
- Option to offer payment over time without creating a regulated credit
- Option to offer discounts, such as Early Bird
- Cancellations, including consumer’s rights
- Usual legal clauses which you would expect to see in these types of terms and conditions
