Fixed cost service – 7 Working Day Turnaround
All the following costs apply to our 7 working day turnaround contract review service for contracts of 1- 20 pages of A4.
Option One – Sole Focus
In this service you let us know the one thing you are concerned about. That could be a termination, pricing changes or transfer/assignment question. This service handles just one question and we only examine the contract for what it provides for on that one issue of concern. We ignore all the rest and only dig deep into the contract for that one answer. It’s a low cost option to get that one question answered in a short report so you know exactly where you are. We answer the one question in depth and no calls or additional emails are included in this cost option.
You Pay on Order and upon receipt of payment the work commences.

Option Two – Four Area Focus
In this service you let us know the four things you are concerned about. That could be termination, pricing changes , liabilities and transfer/assignment questions. This service handles up to and including four question and we only examine the contract for what it provides for on those four areas of concern. We ignore all the rest and only dig deep into the contract for those four answers. We present this to you in a concise report and in this service you can send emails (up to 4 in total following receipt of the report – no calls are included in this service).

Option Three – Whole of Contract Focus
In this option we review the whole contract for you and take each clause step by step, explaining exactly what obligations, liabilities and issues are contained in the contract and what you need to consider further before signing it. With this service after you receive the report you can use up to one additional 90 minutes to ask any questions on the contract in both emails and phone calls.
