Guest Terms
(1) These Terms apply when you agree to become our guest and take part in a presentation and/or an interview (which can include both audio and video), such as appearing on our interview series.
(2) When you agree to become our guest, you understand that your presentation and/or an interview will be recorded. You also agree to provide us with requested items (your bio, photo and logo etc) and confirm that it either belongs to you or that you have written permission to use it in this way. By doing that and being our guest you confirm that you are happy for us to use the presentation and/or an interview and everything you give us (a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence) so we can promote and use the presentation and/or an interview.
(3) Once the presentation and/or an interview has been completed you confirm that you understand that we will own it and you agree that we can then use it (or any part of it) in any way we want to, without making any payment to you. This might include editing it, copying it, sharing or distributing the whole or any part of it (for example just the audio) on social media, as part of our products and services.
(4) You agree to promote the presentation and/or an interview. This will include promotion on social media.
